Thursday~

Today, during PE, I saw my friend from Aphelion and I ran with him. He taught me a few cross- country running strategies that he experimented with, and I was surprised to find myself not panting as quickly as usual. We had an Infocomm Studies test today. I finished it quite quickly and even had time to triple check my work. I accidentally cut my thumb during art lesson though, and now bothof my thumbs are hurt-- a blister on one, and a cut on the other. Overall, the day went quite well.

I also ran the cross country and here are some tips I would like to give you.

1)You must never sprint at the beginning!
2)If you have stiches, breath in with your nose and breathe out quickly with your mouth.
3)At the very last part, where it is the hardest and the most tiring, sprint and never give up!

I also took the Infocomm Studies test but I was not as fast as you. I feel that speed is not the most important thing. However, if you are confident that you can do well and do at a fast speed at the same time, you can do it quickly.

Just opinions given by your friend,
Jack Tan(07)
